So far great, no issues, seems to charge much faster compared with 16340 IMR cells and allows the full potential of my mecarmy ps16 flashlight
I ordered this battery from Nitecore direct as I wanted to be completely sure I was getting a genuine Nitecore battery. I was pleased with speed of delivery. I have been very pleased with the quality and performance of this battery, no issues whatever. Very confident of Nitecore products, well made using the best materials and craftmanship. Charges up perfectly with my Nitecore charger. Seems to be holding its charge well so far but this is only the first cycle.

Description
This high-discharge performance Lithium Manganese IMR button top battery is NOT protected against being over-charged, over-discharged or short circuited. It is therefore very important to observe the following when using these cells:
1) Do not discharge below 2.75V
2) Do not charge over 4.2V
3) Use with Nitecore Chargers
4) Do not short circuit (may release potentially hazardous current)
