The Nitecore MH12GT has a maximum output of 1000 lumens from the Cree XP-L HI V3 and is powered by 1 x 18650 Li-ion battery, which comes with the torch. Alternatively, the torch can use 2 x CR123 single use or RCR123 Li-ion batteries, but please do not try to recharge either of these cells.

The new version of the popular flashlight, offers a domeless LED design which has an increased beam intensity of 190% compared to the MH12 XM-L2 LED model. The MH12GT provides a maximum beam distance up to 320 meters, making it an excellent spotlight.

As with the other flashlights in the Multitask Hybrid (MH) range, the MH12GT is conveniently rechargeable via a Micro USB charging port. The charging system offers an intelligent charging circuit with voltage detection, allowing for safe, rapid charging. The charging port cover seals against water and dust to protect the interntal core components from damage.

The MH12GT provides four brightness levels, ranging from 1 to 1000 lumens, in addition to Strobe, SOS and Location Beacon. The torch has a dual switch interface; the tail switch turns the light on and off and provides momentary illumination, where as the side switch cycles through the brightness levels.

High: 1000 lumens - 1 hr 15 mins runtime
Mid: 280 lumens - 6 hrs runtime
Low: 55 lumens - 28 hrs runtime
Ultralow: 1 lumen - 520 hrs runtime
