Description
The Nitecore NL1816R 18350 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery offers a high-capacity 1600mAh power source in a compact format. It can be conveniently recharged either directly via the integrated USB-C charging port using a USB-C cable or with a compatible external battery charger.
A built-in charging indicator provides a clear charging status at a glance. A solid red light indicates that the battery is charging, while a solid green light confirms that charging is complete.
The NL1816R incorporates multiple internal safety features to ensure reliable performance and user protection. These include a pressure relief valve that activates in the event of a rapid temperature increase, an intelligent protective circuit of the positive polarity protects against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits, the built-in PTC inhibits high current surges, and a microporous barrier protects the battery's delicate internal components.
The battery is also designed with robust external safety features. Nickel-plated stainless steel protectors at both ends ensure high impact resistance, good electrical conductivity, and oxidation resistance. A durable metallic film coating helps protect the battery from abrasion, while the impact-resistant plastic circuit board protector at the anode enhances overall durability.
The Nitecore NL1816R is mercury-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free, making it safer for both use and storage. It is designed to deliver long-term performance and can be recharged more than 500 times.
