I have been a fan of nitecore products for a very long time. Although expensive they are extremely well made and reliable. I have just bought the Nitecore EDC29 and in the brightest mode very bright indeed.

Great torch, I'm so happy with it.

Absolutely amazing

Build quality is excellent. Nice secure physical "lock" to prevent accidentally turning it on, which is highly advisable as this torch is a light sabre! While changing the custom mode I had it too close to my shirt and within seconds it burnt a hole through it. Functionality is very easy to use. Service and delivery from Nitecore was excellent. I am extremely happy with this torch.

Nothing more to say about this light but the fact its bloody brilliant, I love its power and its small size - the negatives are so slight such as: screen is small so find it difficult to read OLED screen but i knew this before i bought it You really do have to get used to the functions on the button otherwise you just wont like the torch but once you understand it , you begin to love the product Dont like the fact that 1 drop above 1 metre can destroy the product and leave it more useless than a chocolate tea pot but i suppose i could use it as a paper weight but i dont use paper anymore :( Gave mine to my daughter when i realised the strobe is so powerful it can be used aside self defence and when the product comes in stock again will buy another one

I had been waiting for the EDC29 to come back into stock and so when I got the email that some stock had arrived I immediately ordered one. I was not disappointed! What an amazing flashlight. Incredibly powerful, very well made and solid. Feels really nice in the hand. I was very impressed how quickly it was dispatched and delivered. Arrived very well packaged. I’m very impressed with Nitecore.

Easily the best flashlight on the market. Very easy to use and set up. The custom button is an excellent idea and allows 6.5k of lumens instantly.

Very satisfied with the light so far. Only slight tweak I'd like to see would be the semi lock function be the default lock function. I keep the light on semi lock with immediate access to the strobe and search function but with the other functions locked. But every time I use the normal light which is most mornings, I unlock, use it, then fiddle to get it back on semi lock when I'm done. Not the end of the world but I found I haven't used the full lock function. Everything else is brilliant, only time will tell how it lasts riding in my pocket all day every day. Also, I know you have other torches for this, some of which I own, but it would be really handy to have a qd weapon mounting option for this flashlight but I understand that's probably not of great concern for most users.
