The Nitecore HA23 UHE headlamp has a maximum output of 600 lumens from the NiteLab MCT UHE LEDs and is powered by 1 x Nitecore HLB1500 li-ion battery pack (sold separately) or 3 x AAA cells (included).

As part of the latest headlamp releases from Nitecore, the HA23 UHE offers 3 colour temperatures, including 3000K warm light, 4500K neutral white light and 6500K cool white light. These beam options make the light ideal for a range of applications including camping, trekking, running and DIY.

Red light is also available to protect night vision and reduce eye strain, perfect for night photography, stargazing and emergency use. All modes and outputs are operated by a dual switch user interface; the power button turns the light on, off and adjusts the brightness level and the mode button switches between the colour temperatures. Lockout mode can be accessed by pressing both switches simultaneously for 2 seconds.

The Nitecore lamp has a 48.8mm wide lighting emitting surface and a 100° beam angle for a broad spread of clear illumination. In addition to a lightweight, breathable headband, the HA23 UHE comes with a multi-purpose clip for mounting the light to a cap or bag strap and a diffusing stuff sack to either store when not in use, or to create a camping lantern.
