Description

The Nitecore HA29 UHE is an all-weather outdoor headlamp, delivering a maximum output of 1,200 lumens and a beam distance of up to 170 meters, powered by six dual-core NiteLab MCT UHE LEDs.

Designed for extreme environments, the HA29 UHE features the HLB2500 battery pack, which is fully operable in temperatures as low as -40°C (-40°F). The battery provides continuous, stable power output, ensuring reliable illumination without power drops in freezing conditions. With an operating altitude of up to 10,000 meters and an IPX8 waterproof rating, this headlamp is ideally suited for high-altitude mountaineering, snow sports, outdoor expeditions, and demanding adventure activities.

The HA29 UHE offers three CRI levels and colour temperatures to suit different environments and visibility requirements:

CRI 98, 3000K Warm Light – ideal for high-risk conditions such as rain, fog, or snowfall, providing enhanced visibility and reduced glare.
CRI 85, 4500K Neutral White Light – suitable for medium-risk terrain, including steep slopes and muddy trails.
CRI 73, 6500K Cool White Light – designed for low-risk, everyday use, offering extended runtime for activities such as camping or urban night running.

Equipped with Nitecore’s TrueVision unibody multi-faceted optical lens system, the HA29 UHE delivers soft, even illumination with a wide flood beam angle of over 100°, ensuring clear and comfortable vision. The headlamp also features an ultra-low 8-lumen mode, providing soft, eye-friendly lighting with a maximum runtime of up to 122 hours. In addition, the integrated red light helps preserve night vision, reduces insect attraction, and can be used as a safety warning or emergency signal.

The HA29 UHE supports three power options for maximum flexibility. It includes a detachable modular battery case supplied with the Nitecore HLB2500 rechargeable battery pack, offering a 2500mAh capacity and reliable performance at temperatures down to -40°C and altitudes up to 10,000 metres. When paired with the HA29 UHE, the HLB2500 provides up to 17 hours and 30 minutes of continuous runtime on the 100-lumen setting. The headlamp is also compatible with the Nitecore HLB1500 battery pack or 3 x AAA batteries.

Constructed with a lightweight magnesium alloy heat sink and integrated air ducts between the lamp body and battery case, the HA29 UHE efficiently dissipates heat to maintain stable brightness and an extended runtime.

Operation is simple and intuitive thanks to the dual-button interface. The Mode button allows users to switch between colour temperatures, while the Power button controls on/off operation and brightness adjustment. A built-in lockout mode, activated by holding both buttons for two seconds, prevents accidental activation during transport or storage. The built-in power indicator display conveniently shows the current battery level.

Weighing just 112g, the HA29 UHE is lightweight and comfortable for extended wear. The breathable headband features a reflective design for enhanced visibility and stability during activity. The included multi-purpose clip provides four-way mounting options for versatile use, while the supplied diffusing sack allows the headlamp to be converted into a compact camping lantern or used for convenient storage when not in use.
