The Nitecore UT6 is a premium magnesium-alloy trail-running headlamp designed for demanding outdoor activities. Delivering up to 1,600 lumens and a beam distance of up to 195 meters, it is powered by eight dual-core MCT UHE LEDs, providing exceptional illumination across a variety of environments and terrain types.

The UT6 features three selectable colour temperatures and three CRI (Colour Rendering Index) options within a single headlamp, allowing users to optimise lighting performance for different conditions:

3000K Warm White Light (CRI 98) – Provides clear visual perception in high-risk environments such as rain, fog, and snowfall.
4500K Neutral White Light (CRI 85) – Ideal for medium-risk terrain, including steep slopes, muddy ground, and snow-covered trails.
6500K Cool White Light (CRI 73) – Offers high visual brightness for broad, flat, low-risk terrain and long-range illumination.

Nitecore's TruVision™ unibody multi-faceted optical lens system delivers a wide flood beam exceeding 100° while maintaining a maximum throw of 195 meters, ensuring clear and consistent visibility on the trail.

The UT6 is operated via a convenient slide switch, allowing users to quickly cycle between Long Runtime Mode, High Performance Mode, and Lockout Mode which prevents accidental activation during transport or storage. The Long Runtime Mode balances efficient illumination with extended battery life, providing up to 31 hours of runtime at 150 lumens or up to 13 hours at 400 lumens, whilst the High Performance Mode delivers sustained high-output lighting with smooth brightness regulation, maintaining a higher average brightness level for demanding activities.

The three colour temperatures are controlled independently:

Y Button – Warm White Light

The UT6 is powered by an included 4,000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery with a built-in USB-C charging port for direct charging from a power bank. The battery is also replaceable, allowing users to carry spare batteries for extended adventures and uninterrupted operation

Built specifically for long-distance trail running, the UT6 features a secure, stable headband that withstands constant impact without slipping or loosening. Its innovative mechanical adjustment system, enabling fast, precise adjustments with a simple pull-and-fasten action.

The adjustable mounting bracket allows the beam angle to be tilted up to 45°, providing quick one-handed adjustment to keep the path ahead perfectly illuminated.

Constructed for challenging outdoor environments, the UT6 is rated IP68 waterproof and offers 2-metre impact resistance. Despite its robust construction, it weighs just 130g, ensuring lightweight comfort during extended use.

The UT6 also includes a diffusing sack that transforms the headlamp into a compact camping lantern, providing soft ambient lighting around camp. The sack can also be used for convenient storage and protection when the headlamp is not in use.

The UT6 includes: 1x Nitecore NL1840R battery, USB-C to USB-C charging cable, Diffusing Stuff Sack and Rapid Reel Headband.
