Description
The Nitecore Summit Air is the perfect winter adventure companion, designed for skiing and mountaineering and high-altitude trail running, this power bank has a capacity of 8000mAh and weighs only 135g. Designed for the cold, the Summit Air is operable at temperatures as low as -40°C and at altitudes of up to 10,000 meters.
Engineered for extreme cold
Most power banks lose capacity and struggle to charge in sub-zero conditions. The SUMMIT Air is rated to discharge from -40°C to 60°C, so it keeps working through a full day on the slopes, a backcountry tour, or an ice climb. Please note: the charging temperature range is narrower (0°C to 50°C), so give it time to warm up before plugging it in to recharge.
Physical button glove-friendly operation. Simply press to instantly wake up the indicator lights to check power level. Quickly check the status without the need to take off your ski gloves.
Small enough to forget it's there
At 135g and 92mm x 41mm x 21mm, the SUMMIT Air slips into a ski jacket pocket or waist pack without adding bulk. It carries an 8,000mAh cell with a rated capacity of 4,700mAh (5V⎓3A) and 28.08Wh of energy, enough for a mobile phone charge or topping up an action camera between runs.
Fast enough to matter
Dual USB-C ports support up to 22.5W output and 20W input, with PD, QC 3.0, and SCP protocols covered. Charge two devices at once (15W combined output) or focus all the power on one when you need a quick top-up between lifts.
Built to survive the conditions it's made for
IPX8-rated against rain, snow, and moisture, so a wipeout in wet snow won't take it out of action. RGB port indicators light up the charging ports in low light, useful for finding the right port at night or inside a tent.
The Nitecore Summit AIR includes a USB-C lanyard charging cable so there is no need to carry extra cables or search for a charging cable when you need it most.
